FeedMedic stores your shop domain, your product catalog data (titles, descriptions, identifiers, prices, availability, image metadata), the feed issues it detects, the fixes you apply (with their full before/after record), and the alerts it sends you. This is the data the product runs on — nothing else is collected.
No customer personal data. FeedMedic reads and writes product data only — it never reads orders, customers, or any shopper information.
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and processed on our hosting provider's infrastructure. Product images processed by the image fixer are handled transiently for resizing and stored only as new product images.
Uninstalling the app triggers Shopify's data-removal webhooks; your shop's data is deleted in response. You can also email us for immediate deletion.
Alert emails are delivered via our email provider; Slack alerts go to the webhook you configure. When you link Google Merchant Center, product status data is exchanged with Google's Content API under your authorization. We sell nothing to anyone.
